Meet Attorney Maryjo A. Hart

Attorney Hart specializes in all areas of domestic relations practice.  Prior to operating her own family law firm for many years, she was an associate with the law firm of Bowditch & Dewey LLP in Worcester, Framingham and Boston where she practiced in the field of estate and tax planning, servicing high net worth individuals.  Ms. Hart is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law School (cum laude). She also holds an LL.M. in taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law and is a member of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Inn of Court.

Areas of Practice:

Attorney Hart's practice encompasses all areas of family law.  She is especially experienced in complex litigation and high conflict divorce.  She handles cases dealing with all aspects of domestic relations practice including divorces and high net worth divorces, modifications, custody disputes, child support, alimony and asset division.  Attorney Hart litigates custody disputes on a regular basis and is a fierce protector of the parent-child relationship.  Oftentimes, her cases involve complex business related issues and her education and experience in the field of tax law enable her to provide clients with specialized advice in these situations.
